With over 25 years of engineering experience, Mr. Chavez has proven success in managing the installation and maintenance of radiation portal monitors and X-ray systems on international borders for 19 foreign countries. Mr. Chavez has performed all aspects of program management to include budget development, scheduling, logistics planning, and personnel management. He has extensive experience working with host country agencies and U.S. Embassies, including foreign travel and completion of detailed technical reports. He has managed electronic, mechanical, optical, and software development projects.
